How to Book Music Lessons Using Step Up Funds

Follow this quick guide to book your music lessons with Garden Music School using your Step Up funds.

Step 1 – Log In to Your Step Up Account
Log in to your Step Up account and go to the Marketplace.
Step 2 – Search for Our School
Search for: GARDEN MUSIC SCHOOL
Please make sure you select our school, as there are a few similar names in the Marketplace.
Step 3 – Choose Your Lesson Package
Select the package of 4 or 5 lessons.
This depends on how many weeks are in the month.
Most months include 4 weeks of lessons.
Step 4 – Submit Your Service Request
Please submit your service request before the 28th of the month in order to begin lessons the following month.
Step 5 – Send Us Your Information
After submitting your request, please send us an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Student’s name
- Phone number
Once we receive the confirmation email from Step Up, we will contact you to schedule your lessons.
